Your team should see you as a leader who is available, dependable and is providing them space.
You shouldn't see yourself as a "manager" right from day one but gradually in your mind shift into a managerial mode.
Shameless plug - I got obsessed on how great teams get built and run. I started a podcast and the very first episode I got recorded was "How to transition from Individual Contributor to a Manager".

One of the features Meerkat should also add is "screen sharing" .. So, I can potentially start a conversation (a video stream) sharing my screen and streaming it.
Opens up more possibilities for communication and sharing.

Is Dark Social a thing? BTW, do you see any change in last few months in your sharing of content on Social (public) vs Private (emails etc)

Which is your preferred Private Social Network? Any particular reason for you to use it?
We are in security space and see proliferation of cloud providers (multi-cloud), accounts, services, tech-stacks a thing and it's getting insanely painful day by day.
Argonaut is much needed esp for folks who want that ease of ops.
