Does it have to be production and not a staging environment? If that is the case, we do have a production demo account for sales reps in our app. We entered highly curated nearly 1-1 fake test to real-life data. So no hard-coded data or test-mode. It's very important that is feels 100% accurate from an experience standpoint. We created test users with emails we had access to, so they could still get emails from the platform as a demo user.

I have used Codeship Standard, CircleCI 1/2, and Semaphoreci 1. If you want a lot of flexibility I would suggest going with Circle. If you want a super cost effective option maybe look into Semaphoreci but it's more limited and less polished.

To me it signals that the community support is good on a project and I am more likely to go with a project with more stars over one that has less (that is a substitute project).

I would say so. I feel like there are very few sites I can't access when on a slow connection. Even for working remote I need almost no speed to get things done.

Assuming that $30 represents 30,000 calls I would prefer to pay $1 per every 1,000 and have the flexibility of more granular pricing.

80% of our leads come from Facebook Ads. Typically they view the ad, click the link, request a quote, and then at that point we setup a phone call to discuss the software. We have some automated emails around this process as well and a link to our pre-recorded demo. I would say besides name of the organizations and some info we collect about their operation they are not heavily personalized. We use HubSpot to track the process.
