I meant it for a company. I agree with you on personal side.

AI can tell a lot of things, but its different when AI tells you vs when you do it and figure things out. When ai tells you about it, it can feel like learning when in reality you are not actually learning it.

it's not even about wanting to tokenmaxx. It does not make sense to write code yourself when AI can do i insanely fast. Whole day of manual coding can be done in 30 minutes (just talking about writing code, not reviews and testing).

For mid and senior level devs this is the way to do it. write plan, ask ai to code, ai review for bugs and at the end human review. But its so bad for juniors.

With how fast ai is getting better, every company will use AI.

you are just repeating what i mean. let me know if you have any insight on how to improve within the constraint, other than basic answers like use llm to teach not to work, design the architecture yourself, work on your own projects on your free time.

Hard work has now gotten extra hard for juniors.

And you can't keep up with the advancement of AI.
