According to the annual report (https://www.zaftda.de/tb-bundeslaender/berlin/695-tb-lfd-ber...), N26 used to add all former customers to a black list, which is not allowed if there is no suspicion against them.

>>Eine schwarze Liste für ehemalige Kundinnen und Kunden, gegen die keine Verdachtsmomente bestehen, ist rechtswidrig.

translated with deepl: >>A blacklist for former customers against whom there is no suspicion is unlawful.

Cool. Are you planning to also integrate Xing as another option to LinkedIn? As far as I know Xing is more widespread in Germany.

They don't say that Amazon is killing the whole payment service. Amazon just discontinued the payment product used by Kickstarter, so far I can tell.

I would have linked to the official site (https://qabel.de/), but unfortunately there is no information there yet

Isn't a monopoly in seeds also quite dangerous, as the whole population might be eradicated by one single disease?

Edit: Also the fact that you cannot actually fight the system without participating in said system is totally perverse. So in order to open source a seed you have to first patent it and then waive the patent you just created? Sounds like a huge overhead just to justify the legal system.

No, they haven't voted yet. There will be a vote, but the date of it is yet unclear.

Just a heads-up, the Game of Codes trailer is / might be NSFW, which makes sense as it's a GoT spoof.

Actually I think the Heartbleed vulnerability was most probably found because of this migration, as it was found by Neel Mehta of Google (and the Codenomicon guys). The date of this draft is 2014-01-26, so it makes sense, that the OpenSSL code is evaluated by the security team before the migration.
