There is no need for that, every modern OS prefer IPv6 over IPv4

I believe there should be a way to distinguish this type of open-weight model from one that you can find hosted by someone else, such as Chinese models.

In EU it's currently stalled because some countries want to stay permanently on their DST time (south europe) and others (north europe) want to stay on their solar time.

It's better to make a common decison about this, so we are stalled.

In Italy you don't need to declare to the utility a balcony solar system if you are under 350W, even if you conenct it to your own line.

The inverter is smart enough to disconnect from your line if you are not consuming energy, so there is no risk of sending the power back to the distribution line.

I find difficult to understand why intermediate certificates are present in trust stores. The whole adavantage of having intermediate CA certificate was that they can be quickly revocated in cases like this, without impacting the root CA and so without having to touch trust stores.

Anyone cares to explain?

I believe you made the wrong example using US, since gTLD like ".com" are de facto controlled also by US companies.

If we instead take another country, like Italy, the reasoning would be sound. If Italian governament bans abortions in Italy, it's more likely that the auhtorities are able to restrict the sites registered on .it than .com

That is a good point.

CAA records (with ACME account bindings) can prevent this.

HPKP was deprecated because it was too dangerous to be deployed in production.

Paying bollo is not the main reason. Bollo is around 100-200€ a year. Third Party Insurance for cars is mandatory and in Naples, due to high level of fraud, it can amount to 1500-2000€ a year. Using a Polish insurance, or a fake Polish insurance, is the main reason to get a Polish license plate.

Luckily the loop hole is being closed by the Polish authorities after it became popular.
