Really cool product, impressive how much you've built and the usage you've attained in a short period of time

Oh hi Ben. Interesting to read about attackers using CT log to find out which sites are new in order to try to login to admin pages first. Didn't know about this before, creative use of a CT log.

Use Linux 99% of the time. Still have dual boot for Windows only for Paint.NET.

I wonder how many incredible founders and companies we're missing out on because the potential founders never left their jobs due to health insurance costs.

Same for rising housing costs. High rent and mortgages reduce risk taking, and that's bad for the economy.

There really needs to be a trade school for software engineering. Not just a short boot camp, either. A rigorous 4 year degree that focuses on industry relevant skills and hands-on projects.

The biggest reason I got my 1st job out of college at Cloudflare was because I worked on a lot of personal projects and self learned Go and got experience with Postgres, Redis, and basic frontend. These things were not, or barely covered in my CS degree. No wonder new grads nowadays are struggling to get jobs. Schools aren't preparing them well for jobs.

I really wish they just made Civ 5 again, but with these sorts of cool updates.

I've been working on a map that shows which neighborhoods in a city are nice/not nice with a short description.

Whenever I visit a new city, just looking at Google Maps is pretty meaningless - it's just a bunch of gray land and streets. I end up looking up Reddit posts for where to go, searching for crime maps, trying to find annotated maps, etc. to get a better idea of where to visit in a city (or even live, like when I had moved to Austin). AI generated scoring and descriptions, while imperfect, have already helped me when visiting SF recently. Early stage, so please help with submitting corrections, if you'd like!

It looks like application submission isn't functioning.
