Most clones I've seen don't look that great, but this one's nice. I noticed that the PCB has no ULA. I'm reading that it was impossible to procure in the USSR because of embargos so the designer, Sergey Zonov, reverse-engineered it and used 74xx ICs. That ..is an impressive feat. It has been replicated by Chris Smith, but by actually opening up a ULA and looking at the circuit. Doing this blindly is just awesome.

Free speech was created to protect dissent against state censorship, not to serve as a shield for straw-man arguments or online virtue signaling. Pointing out that a criticism misunderstands private capital allocation isn't an attack on anyone's rights: it's just noting that a private automaker's R&D budget isn't a zero-sum public works fund.

This is not a gov-owned business. It's not your money to decide how they should spend their resources to benefit yourself.

> No no no that can’t be a bribe you see, that happens after the laws were passed, a bribe would have to be before.

That's how you can tell that lobbying is different from prostitution. In the latter, money exchange is illegal both before and after the act.
