Surveillance of the Maegaspeed, a Singapore-based data center company executive, Alice Huang or Huang Le, a Chinese citizen, revealed that she had developed a close relationship with Jensen Huang and that she was feeding information directly to Beijing.

For some reason Jensen Huang has not received a defensive briefing typically given to Americans who are being targeted by foreign intelligence services.

Select the right OSS license and use dual licensing.

GPL/AGPL/LGPL is the way to go for business. There are many dual-licensing success stories using GPL/AGPL, both large and small: Qt, iText, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mattermost, Cal.com, Baserow, and even MongoDB originally.

Qt is an especially interesting case because KDE and the Qt Company have a written contract. Qt can't just switch licenses. They have retreated from every voluntary contribution to open source, but the contract binds them and they can't do anything to it unless they do complete rewrite from scratch.

Human was a prey only by accident.

Few paragraphs are taken out to smooth it out.

This was Zuckerberg making a deal with himself with an extra step to make it legal.

Zuckerberg controls approximately 60.6% of Meta’s voting power through Class B super-voting shares (10 votes per share). Controlling shareholders can’t act without the board. Zuckerberg selects the board.

Not trying to rain on someone's parade, but the only reason I would care about HN comments nowadays is to feed them to my model of choice and let it generate the contrarian hot takes it's supposed to be generating. So it's not like I am willing to read through this thread and think to myself "I cannot wait to pick up some new ways of complaining about documentation." I'm the Editor-in-Chief to my synthetic pundit army now.

I guess you would type out a comment manually every now and then for your own enjoyment, but at that point do you really care about comments at scale?

---

EDIT (above is a joke) It's very important that every time you find something that is of no use to you, you write a comment explaining that this link is of no interest to you, discouraging people from things you have no interest in. Monoculture for all!

Imagine a whole country of nepo babies ruled by a nepo-baby hierarchy and nepo-baby ruler.

There are 25,000 princes and princesses. Forty percent of the population are imported workers who do all the hard work. Citizens work in government or government-owned companies, with good job security, good wages, and short hours. Low- and middle-income families also receive monthly cash transfers through the Citizen’s Account Program.

On one hand, SI CapEx spending, debt, and liabilities are so high that they make current revenues and returns meaningless, but on the other hand SI CapEx and CapEx growth are still too small to justify a $2 trillion valuation from future profits.

SpaceX spends too much, but still not fast enough to grow into its valuation.
