Really cool idea but not ideal for tourists. I just tried where I live and it mostly gave me a list of housing developments and roads. Nothing actually interesting, and there definitely are interesting things!

Well, maybe not submersible, but if it could even float and move in water it essentially becomes a boat which I don't need to explain is a practical mode of transport.

Hopping over a line of cars is only useful if you know there's nothing in front. In an accident this just means a rear end impact becomes an entirely more dangerous accident where one car is falling from the sky onto several more

That's the roadster they should have built. This compressed air jumping thing is impractical and dangerous and will never be road legal. But a submersible car would have actual practical uses, increase survivability in several accident situations and not face the same regulatory hurdles.

If they were actually trying to build something cool I think that would be the play, but everything Elon does now is to bump stock price
