Maybe I'm dumb but how can a proper language work without heap and only use stack memory, stack only works if you know the size you want before compiling, or am I wrong ?

Because the code complexity/quality claude vs open-models can currently write is day and night. I like open-source too, but it's just not there yet.

Yeah, even if some people are genetically favored to get it, it doesnt mean the enviornment doesnt increase the chance it will happen, how strong it will be.

I don't like the direction some research is pushing it, like its just genetics there's nothing we can do here.

Show me the research you are talking about.

Stuff like that make people want to leave EU, not some "enemy propaganda" which is real unfortunate in current times.

You don't usually cool local GPU's with community water and you don't need to cut down trees to create room for data-center.

I would love that local AI's, would be good enough for my coding demands, but so far It's not there yet for me.

Even if the Sohu Asic chip does attention part super fast, wont the bottlenecks come from, when this data goes to some next stage ? I'm just thinking whats the chance that we will actually start using ASIC chips for certain parts of AI inference.

I only use facebook in like once a month and have 50 friends there from school time. But every-time I log-in, the facebook feed recommends me the most outrageous and triggering posts from total strangers, I don't follow them or my friends don't follow them either.

But facebook is like, you know what, I think you should read this scummy post.

Absolute trash place.

Models cant make any decisions if they have 0 idea that the feature exist in this language or in some general fact.

For example you would tell a model hey, become an expert in this language for me, search it online, it would still need to learn it and download the data to it's context and then increasing the memory usage, there's no way around it.

My issue is that the auto mode guard rail model, is sometimes overwhelmed and really slow, so I also mostly just default to --dangerously-skip-permissions. I wish the command would be easier to write like --dsp

q3k, you don't know anything about wafers/chips, you are just triggered by AI usage in all your comments. Please give constructive feedback instead of, this uses AI and its just wrong.

It's the same as measuring productivity by lines of code written, same dumb logic by management, not surprising.
