Ionic really is amazing. Their development pipeline is really smart and makes the whole process a lot more enjoyable then most other "mobile" frameworks.

I actually remember him crawling from our porch up to his apartment because the door was locked. They also had a recliner with a bong built into it.

Ross lived above me my Freshman year. UTD was a special place.

Enterprise software is just a reflection of enterprises in general. A lot of the left hand doesn't know the what the right is doing, duplication of work, etc.

Where a lot of consumer software maps towards what a human would do naturally without the constraints of business.

+1 to Coors factory -- Pro tip: skip the bus and walk into the brewery from the West entrance.

Ross actually lived above me in college. Very surreal to see this all going down.

I do this everyday that I don't have lunch plans and I highly recommend it.

I also try and take a picture everyday of something interesting.

I really liked the substance of this book and would highly recommend it. I did struggle through the content of tech support work and other minutia.

But this data capture could be done through different means. That doesn't require capturing private conversations.

I feel like this is a UX issue that touches on our natural desire to have private and public conversations.

If I'm talking to a device, I consider it to be the same kind of conversation I would have with a close friend. One that I would naturally want to keep between to two of us. You wouldn't find me screaming it for everyone to hear and think about.

I'm a little frustrated at the moment -- The future is arriving with voice controlled devices, yet I don't trust any of these companies with my words.

I love the dumb pipe -- I'm finding it more and more as a product developer, that you have to mix helpers with the dumb pipe.

For example give user 100% control, while supplying actions that shortcut what would typically be a long human activity.

As soon as you begin relying on the automagical world without a good set of controls for the user, your users begin to have more questions and concerns about how the sausage is made.
