Stumble upon this. Looks pretty cool, but don't have any idea about the team and their track record.

I went to diablo valley college and then transferred to berkeley. All credits are accounted for.

This is pretty cool. Anyone see any pitfalls or footgun with this trick?

While eink displays is usually the gold standard for eBook reader, I wonder does reading it on an AMOLED screen with black background and white font is a good substitute?

thank you @simonw for creating this wonderful tool! I reach for sqlite-utils for my adhoc data needs every now and then. For aggregation then I use duckdb to read the resulting sqlite file.

Anyone doing any ssh / terminal work on this fold devices? I am considering one myself.

What a great database.

This and sqlite-utils are my go to tools for ad hoc data wrangling.

I built and am still currently running a livestream tipping service localized for Indonesian. We need specialized service for this because Indonesians don't use credit card so existing services like Streamlabs is a no go.

I would like to think that it sparked this new cultural phenomenon and made livestream tipping a normal thing.

I am just amazed that something that started as a weekend project can help others tremendously.

I think this might be a prank. One of the guy is saying his name is Rahul Ligma lmao

Yes! I tried this exact usecase using sqlite-utils as a python lib.

I basically made a python script that open each of the json file and insert it into a sqlite inmemory db using sqlite-utils insert.

Then you have a regular sqlite db (in memory) that you can work it!
