Someone has probably found some kind of SEO Hack or Some 0 Day in Google serp. There are plenty of .it domains doing similar in Google USA serps.

So what are other measures to be taken apart from wearing proper mask in crowded space?

If you explore Apple apps for utilities/tools like Qr code reader, currency converter, call recorder, vpn, etc. you can find hell lot of similar scammer who are playing it hard for apple to catch.

Seems like ublock origin is better than this all.
