I had the exact same idea years ago. Eventually I found there are some shortage about it so I ditched the idea:

- How to verify people achieved their goal (this website introduces "supervisor" but I'm not sure that's gonna work well)

- You gain nothing from achieving goals, v.s. you lose money if you didn't

- The gain (goal achieved, which can be done without losing money) is much less than lose (lose real money), so no incentive for people to use this service.

This website will face the same challenge.

I'm happy to see there are someone out there having the exact same idea, I hope they can do well sincerely.

I'm a Chinese and I moved to US 5 years ago. Some of these are not true at least when I left China (I still go back every year and don't feel these at all).

>BTW: you have very little chance to be able to get married without a property under your name in China.

This is exaggerated. I've only seen such thing on news or from rumors. But in real life, a lot of my friends, classmates and colleges (both male and female) got married without owning a property.

>Primary/secondary education in China is very, very cruel

How can education be cruel? You may say it's hard or ineffective, but cruel?? What happened to you in your child life?

Oh interesting. I've used diffbot and never thought Diffbot relies on AI. Could you elaborate? I thought it's a simple crawling and parsing task but I might be naive on this.

Can anyone tell me what web framework is used to create a website like this? I've seen many websites in this "scrolling" style, and I want to create one myself!

I tested this website api for 2000 randomly selected home address. And it's not accurate enough. It's 4000 foot away in average to google's lat lng. This number is kinda less accurate comparing to bing's 1000 and datasciencetoolkit is 2200.
