YC alumni are in all those cities and YC only requires relocation for the 3 months of the program. So YC is already global.

www.converse.ai has an API you can use. Works cross platform - gives you Slack, SMS, chat etc out the box.

The key is software leverage. Catering company on the outside, yet scale is achieved with a small headcount and software for logistics, meal selection, ordering as well as being a true marketplace etc.
