Looks like a solid response with instructions and scripts how to get rid of the infection, but it doesn’t explain how it got there.

This is fundamentally awesome for robotics especially for humanoid robots. I saw a couple of videos of those humanoids and they are quite limited. This would give them full live interaction capabilities instantly. Like a 0600 drill sergeant wake up call with some hefty voice cursing you awake and emptying a glass of water over you if you don’t stand up immediately and workout.

The military capabilities don’t even need to be mentioned.

The politicians wouldn’t have the option to game it if additional data is pulled in automatically like lobbying disclosure filings, public watchdog databases, etc. for the final overview. A swift turn from limiting the total sugar amount in soda would look quite bad if the politician got lobbied by Big Soda.

I can assure you the dislike towards the EU is not a MAGA and alt-right exclusive. In fact you can turn it around and try to find the groups which are in favor of the EU at the moment. Nevertheless my first thought about their endeavor to jump the German bureaucracy hurdles and furthermore the EU ones was indeed how they, the bureaucracy, will pile you up more with each hurdle you pass until you give up. Tyrannical EU is not a stretch.

Coding by hand will be prohibited. Too big of a risk factor. You may be the shaman communicating with the almighty.

This whole discussion seems to ignore that one prompts for the prompt. If the prompt gets sophisticated, it’s better advised to let it create by the AI itself and optimized by some other. On the other hand even that takes some ‘manipulation’ techniques to squeeze out proper optimization.

It's the new EEG 2027 Amendment which changes things fundamentally. Instead of receiving a flat payout per kwh, installing and connecting a new solar installation from 2027 will be under market condition contracts and depending on the contract has maybe to pay a fee when feeding in during negative price times. The incentive now changed from 'we need to get solar and pay for the electricity' to 'store your electricity and use it yourself'. All existing solar installations before 2027 will continue to receive the flat payout when feeding in the power for 20 years.
