But yeah, real conversations are still the real test. This is closer to a flight simulator than a replacement.

You're right that every woman is different. The AI doesn't simulate all women, it simulates specific situations. A guarded reaction when a stranger walks up to you, or being angry and not hearing logic in a fight. These are common enough patterns that practicing them is useful, even if not every conversation plays out exactly this way.
