YouTube is pretty good at both theory part: there's MIT physics class, but also on intuitive parts (i.e. visualizing how phase arrays work). ChatGPT is also seems to be very good at TA/Professor job when grinding through math-heavy parts: asking intuitively explain things do wonders. And you can also ask lots of stupid questions to understand things.

#1 Can you fix the 2h commute? (edit) Would companies consider paying for commute time as work time?

Man with ego invents, creates new jobs both at his company and outside, boosts the industry productivity. It's spark that matters; no matter how much wood you bring upfront, it won't burn until the first spark is created.

The system Ahrens describes is more: it has indexing system and an approach to generate new ideas.

github + markdown + cross-page linking works really great with his system.

That's what Spark is for. You can do petabyte-scale jobs... with DataFrames.

Here's what you do to significantly reduce telemarketers calls:

1) Go to https://www.donotcall.gov/ and register in the National Do Not Call Registry

2) Wait 31 day (it takes some time to propagate this information to callers)

3) Start reporting unwanted calls via link above

I have not received a single telemarketer call over a year since I started doing that.

FTC is also very good at dealing with collection agency calls if you are not the person they are trying to reach. I received personal apologies from ERC after filing complaint through FTC website.

I really like the idea. However, let's think about abuse patterns: what prevents CEO agency from creating 1k t2.micro instances and clicking upvote for a link of interest and downvote all the competitors?

You don't have to kiss ass. Instead, you can deflect and let interviewer answer the question. Something like this "I saw that X corp has an open position. This is an opportunity for me because ... , so I reached you. I assume, you are looking for is a qualified candidate who can do the job described. I saw the requirements and, I believe, I am qualified candidate. If you are not convinced yet, how can I change your mind?"...

You have to start somewhere. Once idea is visualized and internalized on lower dimensions, you move to the next level, where images not needed; however to get to that step 0, where you understand why complex numbers used in AC: lots of folks never bother to explain that it's just the best way to describe rotation.
