I love touch on my laptop (Framework 12) but I don't think it makes much sense outside of the 2in1 form factor. I get what apple is going for though because when my last laptop died I was torn between a used mac or a framework and chose the 12 specifically because the macs didn't have a touch screen offering.

This seems like it would alleviate part of the concern I see on HN a lot regarding open source projects keeping their knowledge bases on isolated and unsearchable discord servers. It's still on a proprietary platform but this might be an improvement overall.

You also have to toggle "toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets" to true in about:config

What does chrome do with bookmark that firefox doesn't? I've felt like firefox's bookmark manager is relatively powerful with folders, tags, and visual separators (though it feels a bit dated at this point, I think I prefer dated and fast vs modern and slow).

I use linux/Gnome and it feels more in-line with the Adwaita design than the previous design. I'm happy with the update as well.

I agree this is the first FF redesign I really like. I don't use vanilla firefox tabs so I understand that I'm not in the best place to critique them but if anything they seem more compact than the previous default.

Spicy cinnamon sticks fit the oral stim bill for this very nicely I've found.

interesting choice

I was just wishing the photos app (apparently named Loupe) would show more info from the image metadata regarding the camera I used to take it. Wonderful timing on GNOME's part here.
