https://winstonprivacy.com/ is the only thing I’m aware of that’s remotely similar to Pi-Hole; but it comes with a subscription cost.

Matias (http://matias.ca/products/), and Satechi (https://satechi.net/collections/peripherals-1) have a number of wired keyboards that have similar looks (not sure about the feel). Similar to cookingoils, I like HHKB (https://www.hhkeyboard.com or https://elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=pfu_keyboards), but that doesn't meet any of your requirements.

I think Postbox (https://www.postbox-inc.com) has all of the features that you’re looking for; Mailspring (https://getmailspring.com) has most.

I use it regularly for personal and work use; great for chatting, initiating calls/FaceTime, and sharing files.

Texpad (https://www.texpadapp.com) most often; I like the editor, it has syntax highlighting and shortcuts. You can set it to auto-typeset as you type and it can sync the PDF with where you are in your TeX file. I use Overleaf (https://www.overleaf.com/) when I'm collaborating with others.

Atom (https://atom.io/) and Sublime Text (http://www.sublimetext.com) will have plenty of packages that you can install to make it more IDE-like.

Yep, I have been very satisfied and fortunate. Only thing that irks me these days is horrible legacy software and dealing with stubborn people that don't want to leave the stone age of computing.

I have a PhD in HEP; got it on ATLAS at CERN and contributed to the Higgs discovery analysis in the H->ZZ*->4l channel. I work at NASA and still do particle physics, but a lot of my work is software oriented - anything from scripting to developing data analysis frameworks to web development to fixing legacy code.
