A cruise missile being a robot is not far-fetched, I’d say. In Swedish both cruise and ballistic missiles (and other similar munitions) are called robots within the military.

I work in child car seat development and I can second that the main issue for our mechanical engineers is preventing neck injuries. Rearward-facing car seats really are a lot better on that front.
ADAC is indeed the main test, but even more difficult than getting a good ADAC score is passing the plus test[1], which focuses on neck spinal forces.

Anecdata of course, but my experience with Windows Hello is that it only works under perfect circumstances. Me just being positioned slightly differently in my chair is enough for it to not recognize me. As opposed to FaceID that has (for me) worked flawlessly for these past almost ten years.

IANAL, but that's not quite true right? As per your own citation, återgivningsrätten gives the right to use any piece of art (not in digital form) in conjunction with a piece of critical text.
