Building https://tomevault.io as one source of truth for AI instructions that are synced, scanned and graded on every push. Made it because tools want different formats. Symlinks can't translate, so copies drift. I wanted to pick the instruction/tool format I like and have an app write the rest so that I have one safe library that's portable, loads properly and doesn't drift.
