I built https://emojithis.com, which automatically adds emojis to text. Although it’s essentially an AI wrapper, with meaningful UX and some useful touches, there’s something surprisingly useful in there. My friends and I use it a lot, and the people who try it tend to come back!

Ok hand emoji maybe?

Oops. Missed that!
That's kind of a relief. I was afraid that it was "remembering" things I was not in control of!

I checked settings, personalization, the memory is empty.
I'm using, GPT-4o. I think it's an update, it wasn't like that before.

That's funny! I've made a "tool"[1] that "automatically" adds emojis to text.
It is even worse for your example! It adds two train emojis for some reason.
"Yesterday we flew [plane emoji] to Japan [Flag of Japan] and took[train emoji] the train[train profile emoji] and saw Mt. Fuji [emoji of Mt. Fuji]"
I did a ShowHN because I thought it was a good idea but it flopped. Maybe I should pivot my idea toward kindergarteners!

I created an internal tool to convert images to pdf (using wasm) so I don't have to install any programs. Then a friend wanted to use it too, so I got a url ( https://privateconvert.com ) and then got carried a little bit away adding more conversions.

Not only that. He knew the project name I created!
