Yeah, the analogy for drones is hydraulic piston -> electric motor and hydraulic pump -> battery

Sorry was a bit unclear, by two blocked domains I meant two domains in the original blocklist having the same hash, i.e. hn and adserver are both in our desired blocklist in your example

Weird how the readme talks about hash collisions, but not in the way I would expect. Two blocked domains with the same hash isn't a problem, they both need to be blocked.

Where hash collisions matter is false positives, e.g. if hash(google.com) = hash(adserver.com). There does appear to be a web dashboard and /unblock api so should be straightforward to resolve.

Have you analysed the fairness of the rolls? Just after a quick play around it doesn't look like there is enough energy in the throws that I would be confident it is.

10,000 throws with small perturbations in the starting conditions should be distributed evenly across all sides of the die.

Alternatively you could use RNG to generate a fair result, simulate the throw, and then set the sides of the die to produce the result from RNG. This is all academic though and I imagine anyone using the site won't be bothered.

Not necessarily common, but I imagine most form factors would have issues with _some_ activities. I have a fitness watch that I don't like wearing when rock climbing. A ring also isn't suitable, but an armband worn further up would be.

Darktable editing workflow is centered around modules. Exposure, denoise, various color adjustments, etc are all separate modules. Dynamic range compression (and other common operations) has several implementations: base curve, filmic, sigmoid, and AgX. They all essentially do the same thing but have effectively superseded each other as they were added to newer releases.

Darktable keeps the old modules around but hides them, opening a file processed years ago will still go through the pipeline with the base curve module and come out the same. As a bonus, it is possible to use "obsolete" modules that may handle certain images better, achieving a particular look, or you are comfortable with the older module and prefer not to use the new replacement.

Thank you for prompting me to try with my own obscure question, Fable was able to find something from a poor description. I've been looking manually and over many sessions with different models as they improve, none have been able to find what I was after. Fable 5 just one-shot the answer.

Cool, been running my home server on podman + quadlets for about two years now and picked up a couple of things in the release notes

  podman quadlet list
Added in v5.6.0, lists quadlets and their containers

  podman system migrate --migrate-db
Flag added in v5.8.0. I remember seeing the bolt db deprecation warnings in the past but there was no tool to do the migration to sqlite, now there is (or just upgrade to podman 6.0.0 and it will do it automatically)

If the thing you are towing is so heavy you need a truck to tow it, maybe there should be stricter licensing requirements.
