I did the same in europe and burnt out with my colleague after ~3 years.
Working and driving at night, barely enough sleep and overtime compensation during the time the body needs to recover was the worst.
I probably aged 10 years in that time.

The page wasn't loading when I tried to open it. I thought it must be the Hacker News hug of death.

I wish firefox would introduce good vertical tab management like "Tree Style Tab".

> AccessOwl calculates billing based on the number of active Slack users, excluding Single-Channel Guests and service accounts, as this is usually the closest measure to your number of active employees. The billing amount is updated prorata each month and before each payment, based on the number of users in your Slack workspace.

There is a NGO in Germany (Space-Eye) working with satellite images for search and rescue purposes.
I know from some people involved there that they are always looking for developers and data scientists.
The main page is in German but the call for volunteers (you need to scroll down to "Volunteers for Space-Eye") is in English.

> Technically, Paypal is not regulated as a bank
PayPal has a banking license in Luxembourg which allows them to operate in Europe.
I guess it depends on the region/country.
