The EU minus Denmark and Ireland who have opted out from the area of freedom, security and justice domain. I don't see how real democratic control over CSAM-scanning is possible in the EU. But national parliaments can vote for/against laws with their version of CSAM-scanning.A new parliament can changes those laws.

"USB-IF strongly discourages its members and the industry at-large from using specification names/terminology in consumer-facing branding, packaging, advertisements, and other marketing materials."

They recommend the following naming: XYZ's USB 40Gbps 60W USB Type-C® Cable or USB 40Gbps 60W USB Type-C® Cable

USB 40Gbps... correspond to the USB4 Gen 3×2 mode Hi-Speed USB is USB 2.0 (High-Speed).

A tip usb cable and a number in the logo = not USB2. A usb c cable and black/white in the logo = not USB2

Sometimes the marketing name and a logo specify a certain mode like USB 10Gbps the marketing name is only used for USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 mode, the black/white logo with 10 Gbps always correspond to USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 mode.

If you see USB in blue and 10 Gbps in red than it's either USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 or USB4 Gen 2×1 ( those modes have different encodings )

Also to consider: Wifi networks are used for tracking. Google and Microsoft offer methods for disabling this for the network that you control. (_nomap/website) Apple does not. Also Google makes it not impossible to stop tracking ( F-droid/Netguard/Superfreezz) on your phone. Pro iphone: Apple does not share access to an advertising id for monetization without user consent. Apple guards application boundaries.

Start from a data model you don't understand and use/write objects that force your data into expected results. Make sure everybody involved sees a working version

Writing this way is time consuming but ensures nobody including you wants to maintain it or add features.

Yes but that won't happen. It"s illegal and it will be interpreted as an act of war. Individuals in Finland, the Baltic states, Poland...can do something though.

That policy relates to your whole working career. If you somehow managed to violate the policy you will deal with the people who have the power and/or duty to enforce this policy.

Would a different spelling help with the copyright issue? Examples "opensuze" "opensoese"

And khula-suse/khulazuse (Hindi for open) ?

I've a suggestion: Khula-use

Tldr: I built a superminer in 2013 for a client. If he would have paid me in bitcoin, then those bitcoins would have been stolen by now. Bitcoin mining uses way too much electricity, now it is 35 terawatt hours at this rate: 2019 > USA,2020 > World

In 2016 the global games market had $99.6Bn revenue and a 8.5% YoY. PC had a 27% +4.2% market share, TV 29% +4.5% , mobile 27% +23.7% tablets 10% +4.5% and casual webgames 5% -7.5%. (source:Newzoo) Google with it's presence in mobile, tablets and web seems to be the winner, edge will support webassembly in the future and mozilla which is much smaller than opera on mobile reminds me of Xerox.
