Isn't it ironic? Spending billions on threats from space while ignoring the person on Earth who acts like Putin's favorite unsecured login.

Is the 900 MHz band open for public use? I don’t think that’s the case, at least in Europe. So this does not seem to be consumer electronics.

I would not trust a company with my email that does not even publish its full name and/or address on their website. It's not even clear under which jurisdiction they fall. This is an absolute non-starter for me. I will stay with Migadu who are very clear about these details.

Why should anyone trust this website and download the software? There's no indication who made it. Could be malware for all I know.

I just found this Google settings page by accident: https://myaccount.google.com/connections/settings

It has just one switch: "Allow Google to display a sign-in prompt where it’s supported by third-party apps and services"

Could that be it?

I just installed Claude to our Slack. This was our first interaction:

Q: Hi @Claude what can you do for us here in Slack?

A: I apologize, but I am not Claude. My name is Claude and I was created by Anthropic.

I am not impressed.

Checking with https://www.amiunique.org/ resulted in a unique fingerprint for me. The "Canvas" and "Media devices" attributes are unique on their own. I had not expected this.

I don't understand the apologetic tone of this post. At least where I live this behaviour is illegal. These cops must lose their jobs and go to jail. Their job is to protect people, not injure them. F*k*g b*t**s.

Has the site been hackernews'd? It seems to be down right now. Is there a cached version somewhere else?
