Update: The Main Document v11.0 is now complete, featuring a new Chapter 4: "Steering Capital from the Speculative Economy to the Real Economy."

Update: Revised the French Supplement from v10.1 to v11.1 and the French Appendix from v11.0 to v10.3. The English and Japanese editions have also been updated accordingly.
