I don't even... It makes me start thinking how many comments on HN are like this. I used to feel like sometimes comments on HN is as valuable as the original story. This makes me think about how many other well-formed read-title-only comments in disguise.

It's not just PayPal fraud per se. Leaking user's PayPal email address and password has a lot of other consequences. (Yeah yeah in theory you should use distinct passwords for different sites etc etc)

I believe that's the IP address of Google Public DNS, not Google.com per se.

Google has a program called DiRT (Disaster Recovery Testing)[0], when in a certain week of the year, some major exercises that simulating the loss of headquarters are carried out, including the (simulated) loss of some teams, some network connections in the headquarter and/or the physical access to the headquarters buildings. That makes a lot of sense when you place your headquarters at a place that can be demolished by an earthquake.

I just searched on Delta.com. If you book a week ahead, the price for a round trip ticket in First/business class ranges from $6,000 to $11,000, so spending 10k in a month is "normal".
