I reckon a terminal multiplexer is the way to go. Just like what most people are suggesting.
Just like a lot of people, I have built my own solution.
I built on top of tmux to make a claude multiplexer for projects. Its not restricted to claude, any cli will work. https://github.com/Lockyc/agentmux
I then built a config defined terminal using libghostty to run agentmux across multiple projects. Its not restricted to running agentmux, its just config defined terminal tabs. https://github.com/Lockyc/warden

A tmux config to handle my project based agent workflow

They have a flashlight app, which turns the screen on bright. You can activate it with the action button. It works really well.

ZSA Moonlander is awesome (https://www.zsa.io/moonlander).
Their configuration tool is excellent, its a really easy keyboard to use and configure without making it a full time hobby.

I didn't click with ModernCSV and it lacked features.
I've since found Easy CSV Editor https://vdt-labs.com/easy-csv-editor/
