What You’ll Do: • Lead & Innovate: Architect and guide our full-stack development initiatives, setting technical direction and best practices. • Drive AI Integration: Develop and integrate AI agents that power our customer qualification, call bidding, post-call quality assurance, and team feedback. • Leverage AWS: Design and implement scalable solutions using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, Sagemaker, Connect, and more) in an event-based micro-services environment. • Advance Cutting-Edge Tech: Experiment with and integrate LLMs, autonomous agents, and intelligent event pipelines to redefine what a Medicare brokerage can achieve. • Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For: • Extensive full-stack development experience with deep proficiency in AWS. • Proven leadership in architecting scalable, secure systems. • Passion for AI/ML technologies—experience with LLMs, autonomous agents, or AI-driven processes is a major plus. • A proactive, innovative mindset with a strong track record in solving complex problems.

SEEKING FREELANCER - Remote

Looking for an experienced iOS developer with deep server knowledge for a paid project. Node+Ruby preferred. Game center experience a plus as well. Design not required. If you've also built for Android that's a plus, but not a requirement. I always like to establish new relationships and am currently testing out a short term project. If it works out for the both of us, follow up projects may be offered. Location is irrelevant, but I have a tight timeline!

Work on increasing user engagement.

If you don't already have push notifications implemented its probably a good time to do so.

Focus on creating either 1.) Better monetization or 2.) Another relevant app to drive users to in order to monetize.

The worst case is when developers owe license fees for components within apps. Pirates can literally make you pay out $0.xx per pirate... Which kills profits fast.
