100% agree.

If anyone is interested here is great video on [Autoluw](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlXNVnftaNs). This is what US needs, but I dont see this happening due america's car-centric culture.

I'm dreaming of the day when US cities start adopting car-light (if not car-free), walkable & bikeable urban designs. I have no interest in car centric 15-min cities. They are hard to scale and even when you achieve that goal with cars, the standard living is poor.

Portland & Detroit comparison is a bit laughable. May be we'll see this one day, but I'll believe it when I see it.

i'd change the keyword 'celebrities' to 'top of the social pyramid'. You want to start the social group at the top of the social pyramid of the respective social circle. Create a social clique, which everyone would be jumping off the ground to join. Facebook was started at Ivy League, which allowed it to spread like wildfire in colleges. Similarly Clubhouse was started in Silicon Valley with top VCs and Founders.

Of course, each social app goes through various inflection points and arguably celebrities is towards the peak end of it. Celebrities usually catch on once it's already going mainstream or has a mainstream appeal. For example, Twitter had already created strong base of engaged users before celebrities caught on.

Congrats! This looks amazing!

If you don’t mind me asking, how did you decide to commit to complex app like this? It must’ve taken a long time to build the MVP. Did you interview potential customers before hand or just went I with your gut or your own pain points? How did you know people will be willing to pay for this, considering there are a lot of similar tools out there?

You are forgetting people who would want to get off that stop, so this is may not be an option.

Thats what I am referring to - the certain quality of service and especially no throttling part of it. Of course technically no one can guarantee certain speed, but they can try to hinder it intentionally.

Net neutrality is about getting exactly what you pay for. For example if you pay for 100MBps connection you should get 100Mbps regardless of any site you access. You don't want your ISP to decide that Netflix would stream on 20Mbps and Comcast would stream at 100Mbps. This gives us unfair advantages to certain sites which is beyond your control. Worse yet ISP can police which sites you can visit which not with absence of Net Neutrality. So this has nothing to do with communism or also not to be confused with the "right to free internet". Those are all independent topics.

Does anyone know how is this implemented? Is there some stock trading API?

He also talks about some regulation at the end. Does the entity needs to be setup legally in a certain way?

1. I think any autopilot system which makes users to keep their hands on steering wheel and pay equal attention is totally useless. In fact it's detrimental since it gives false sense of control and naturally leads users to lapse.

2. Anyone who read Don Norman knows this is usually fault of the design of the system not the user. The system needs to do more to assist users in these edge cases.

Interesting. I think it would be good to have just 'upvotes' so you can tell general interest with the idea. Its always good to know for creators whether there is interest from other users.
