I was gonna get it for the oled (also don’t care about touch screen) but now it’s also for the glowing logo!
So despite being fully automated is comparable with most other major metros/train systems that have a driver/attendant with the only metro's performing significantly better being the ones with platform doors - hence my comment of asking "why is an attendant needed for automation?" when it doesn't significantly improve safety in the same way doors would.
in the end we still may not end up with platform doors even thou the study can proceed now as the cost will be astronomical and always with safety systems there might not be the appetite for it.

Some people really like it, some do not (I don’t play just have some friends who enjoy it)
The point is it shouldn’t matter if the cpu or ssd dies because you have backed up everything already and are prepared for anything to fail or happen to the device rather then “oh the ssd is removable so in these select few situations I can recover my data”
If your looking for arguments against soldered storage the facts ssds are wear items and will eventually need replacement is a much better one.
Why do they need someone?
Skytain in Vancouver is fully automated and driverless with no attendant on board. Grade separated, doors automatically close, and there are sensors that trigger if someone enters the guideway.
Only was finally fully rolled out in I think 2020 5 years after the accident.
Delaying/avoiding spending money on safety seems to be common around the world.
I recently tried zed but it ddos’d my nas over an smb share lol
“Here is my pr I attach x$ payable when it is merged” and allow me to add $ to other prs.
I have been waiting year + for multiple feature in some projects that have open prs and for one I would easily bid 100-200$
