Phoebe | Software Engineer | NYC (Chinatown/LES) | ONSITE
Phoebe is building the coordination layer for in-home care — one of the largest and fastest-growing labor markets in the US. Think Sim City and 24/7 logistics. We are growing crazy fast.
*Stack:* Python, TypeScript, Go/Rust, LLMs. Generalist role — you'll touch infra, product, and integrations.
*Team:* Second-time founders. I (Justin, CEO) sold my last company (YC S19) to Airtable. Backed great investors like Slow.
*Why join:* This is the ideal role if you want to start your own company in a few years. You'll learn the vertical AI playbook end-to-end: domain immersion, LLM-driven automation, and modern B2B GTM.
New grads welcome

It looks like we're going to spending most of time in-depth with Quirky and Fab if everything well, but we're looking for one more company to visit as well.
