I built a mobile app for golfers who don't like using their phones while they play. Take a picture of your scorecard after the round and it reads/saves the scores and stats (and allows you to post to the USGA if you keep your handicap).

I'm a self-taught coder who first built this 7(!) years ago but couldn't figure out the OCR part. Started again 9 months ago on Replit (starting with Agent 2 which was okay, then eventually starting to absolutely crank with Agent 3) and it works really well now.

Would love feedback from any golfers! golfrise.com

Handshake.org provides an alternate root zone that seems pretty relevant here

I was employee #1 at Datanyze and helped us bootstrap to $1M ARR, specifically by generating leads and closing deals (both individually and as a manager). I took the last few months off to travel and build out some ideas (self-taught coder), but I'm always looking for technical founders looking for help selling their product.

Origin Protocol hired several engineers that started as open-source contributors to their open source code base, one of which had no experience as a professional software developer (he was in real estate).

If you're building SaaS, I recommend the following for largely non-technical content:

1. SaaStr.com (blog) 2. Behind the Cloud (book) 3. Rework (book)

They should implement these commands in both Linux and Windows; they should be there as standard capability.
