I wholeheartedly disagree with this take. there's nuance obviously and takehome coding challenges can be done horribly but when done right and assessed properly, they are a wonderful tool for hiring.

yeah to me a field-recorder with transcription is aimed at least somewhat towards journalists who can't even come close to affording this

It seems much more prone to accidental stopping with the reel on the front. neat looking feature but not sure how practical it is.

Oh I’m aware, they just don’t need to exist. I wear both men’s and women’s shirts, and dresses and pants and skirts and whatever I want and they all fit me just fine. That’s the point I’m trying to make, it’s a false binary

What category of clothing it is? dresses and blouses don't need to be gendered just as much as a t-shirt doesn't need to be gendered

Yeah it looks like they're including user's inputs in the random list. I've seen some pretty vulgar ones

What's more disrupting, my one little comment, or you bickering with me about it? it's not language policing, it's treating folks with respect. Also, glad you created your account just to say this.

Foone's pronouns are they/them.

Just something I care a lot about.
