I think you're missing the point. This isn't a protest, this is someone exercising their constitutional rights. It's a matter of people being able to freely choose how they may live within the state and society's constraints. Our bosses shouldn't be able to so easily tell us to violate our own morals for the company's bottom line.

They have a limited presence in New Orleans, mostly rolling around the French Quarter and Uptown. The roads look bombed out in parts of Uptown, maybe not the absolute worst anywhere but it's close.

America has always asserted its greatness, even through struggle and hardship. All countries, all peoples have dark chapters, we're no exception. We used to teach our own history, the good and bad. We used to rebel against tyrannical authority, against corporations, governments, kings and corrupt police. It's time we wake up and remember what actually made this country great, which has always been the people's right and willingness to assemble and fight.

There was no need to make America "great" again. Before this reality TV star came to tell us how much we suck, we held our heads high, we overcame our differences and struggle, and created one of the greatest societies in the world. Now, it's being burned down by the outwardly fascist cabal we've been warned about since the National Socialists took over Germany in the early 20th century.

There is no excuse for state sanctioned terrorism of this nature, the people defending "law enforcement" have no concept of how the legal system works in this country. They only wish for chaos and destruction, to eliminate anyone who doesn't obey in advance. Do not give in.
