Watch any video in your language.

Upload a video or paste a link. sugar.video transcribes it, translates the captions, and can dub it in the speaker's own voice.

This isn't just another harness.

You need a local AI model because ollama doesn't work without modification, as gnosh.ai changes the way the model is used.

In the link https://gnosh.ai/head-to-head.html you can see roughly how it works. This makes all existing harnesses lossy inefficient tools in comparison.

Also see https://gnosh.ai/peers.html for multi-user parallelism.

@jaekwon and @gnosh_ai on X.

integrate gnosh.ai (give attribution please) for a frontier harness.

gnosh.ai (see https://gnosh.ai/head-to-head.html for visual demonstration of "functional" AI -- no more compaction; typed thoughts and memory.

the cat is out of the bag now.

AI models often make mistakes, so we strive for structured data, flows, determinism, protocols...

You can have an org chart, but that's still different than a kanban board.

The next video will show an agent swarm around a tree of subtasks. No databases needed for coordination.

I had a eureka moment when I realized that harness engineering is duplicating all the work already put into decades of programming language research.

So I forked a Go harness (Crush) and integrated a Go interpreter (the Gno VM) so that it thinks, plans, remembers in Go/Gno objects.
