What turns me off about NextJS is its "opt-out" telemetry. You have to do a bit of magic at the system level "npx next telemetry disable" to turn it off (which you can only figure out by an internet search). This seems very disingenuous on part of Vercel. Make it an "opt-in" or don't fricking track. Conduct a yearly survey or use some other means if you are so interested in improving the framework. I am open to other framework suggestions.

How long will this game of musical chairs go on? Technologically we are not there yet. What is called as AI by all these self-aggrandizing people is nothing more than glorified "pattern matching". Can the current technology have its use cases? Sure. But calling it self-driving is laughable at best and deceptive at worst.

Why the negative perception? If you don't like it, turn it off. I switched to brave 4 months ago after trying all the available ones (Chrome - memory and power hog, Everything else – no good app store). First use it, before you review it! Duh!

When will investors learn to separate hype from what's possible - Augmented reality, blockchain, self-driving cars, AI? The reality on the ground is a lot different than all these startup peddlers have you believe. This makes it a lot difficult for people who are actually building useful things raise money.

iPhone or any "mobile" phones are not actually phone's. They used to be, at a point in the distant past. With internet connection and a processor more powerful than the computing systems of the past era, these devices have to reclassified as mobile computing devices. Then these predatory tactics would be subject to antitrust, and the perpetrators can be brought to justice. Or, is the legal system and the elected representatives so inept to act on behalf of people?
