Anyone can sling LLM generated text around, it’s boring and uninteresting.
The article didn't "include" the zinger, the cop said it. If you think it's an inappropriate thing for a cop to say (I do) then the article is not to blame for you being angry. The cop is.
The article didn't enrage me. The video did. The actions of the local politicians and police did.
But the damage that LLMs have done to the social aspect of work is horrible. Beyond horrible.
This part just can't be true though, right?
We have all been in numerous customer service scenarios where all we want to do is talk to a real human and that is denied to us, and it's a terrible customer experience!
Sure, using an LLM would be better than some of the sort of "menu option" style customer service calls. But there is no way it's better than talking to an actual human being
The real world is so messy, and specifically cancer/biology is insanely messy and certainly not well specified.
You should close chatgpt and read a book sometime.
2. The study (along with other posters here) show the models can’t even stick to following the rules of the game
Not berate them because they didn't make it sooner.
How are you going to prompt effectively and not allow the LLM to infer a bunch of nonsense?
They’re completely opposed to experiencing any type of friction.
We shouldn’t give the AI companies even more avenue to influence people, some things must remain human.
