I came here to say same thing :-)

I finished Quantum Radio last week and Im quite far in Rainbows End. I think the former is ok, not great; the latter is a better book (with AR future vibes), but still lacking something that makes u never drop it before u finish it.

I kinda like most of these emulators but why is there none targeting GCP/Azure

Shockingly vibed blog post. Actually hurt my brain reading this and I had to stop.

Major Seveneves vibes from this

This is going to be hell for OSS maintainers. Every llm-kiddie will be opening a security report

Same here. I dont see anything there that nobody else can catch up on eventually. I must be missing something here. It's all cute, but mmm

> Our goal continues to be building the best LLM engineering platform

Interesting headline for a checks notes time series database company.

From my experience Zed agents oftn just goes and edits your files without your asking it to. Even if you ask questions about codebase, it assumes you want it to be changed. For it to be useful it must be better at understanding prompts; I would also like it to generate diffs like it does but prompt me if I want to apply them first

Please add vim leader support to vim mode! :)

Not having the leader really annoys me but I’ve found myself using Zed more and more recently regardless. I think their LLM integration is just right for me unlike the neovim plugins I’ve tried. It’s really annoying because Ive been using vim for well over a decade so Id prefer to stick at home, but Zed is really reaching the level Im starting to like

I can't think of a director in the new generation of movie directors who are as original as most of the pieces made by DL. RIP, maestro!
