Counterpoint: I use NewPipe pretty much daily for watching YouTube. One day, YT introduced an API change that broke NewPipe, and so I patiently waited for an update.

A few days passed, and I eventually get a notification from NewPipe prompting for an update. But I can't install it just yet, because of mismatching signatures between the F-Droid and GitHub versions (yes, that's the point, I know...). The F-Droid build took so long to release, that in the meantime, another version of NewPipe came out...

Answer in Progress on YouTube has a cool video on memory tricks and memorizing Pi [1], worth a watch.

[1] i memorized 3,141 digits of pi to prove a point (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAjkicwrD4I)

Edit: I had only skimmed through the OP when I posted this comment, turns out both the video and this article talk about the memory palace method! They diverge in the way it's applied though, with the AiP video associating digits with real life locations

From the Github README:

animalese.js is a JavaScript library that synthesizes an approximation of the villager speech sounds from Animal Crossing.

Japanese and Spanish happen to have very similar pronounciation. It's a neat detail in the Animal Crossing games that seems to have gotten mostly lost in translation for the English version.
