Microwaves directly heat the food so there's not much heat loss. Rice cookers lose a lot of energy by escaped steam and heat radiating out of the pot.

Carbs are great for metabolism! In fact high carb diets are about as good as a low carb diets for reversing metabolic issues. The real problem seems to be "balanced meals" that have moderate amounts of all macros.

I saw this video earlier this week: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUvnGPAe2Q8

I haven't tried it in my garden but it does seem to have downsides as a system. I'm not all that excited to try it.

We don’t really know the design process for QWERTY but it wasn’t about avoiding mechanical jams. Avoiding mechanical jams was the reason Dvorak was invented.

QWERTY if anything seems to be about being convenient for transcribing Morse code. Letters with a similar Morse code are grouped etc.

It's not a problem. Just put your laptop on a coffee table or similar.

This setup works quite well with a wireless keyboard that has a built-in trackpad. The keyboard can move between the table, the floor, your lap, etc.

Or buy a reconditioned thin client for 20-30 USD on eBay.

Add 10 USD for a keyboard and mouse.

The result will be much better than the OP in every way.

Best of luck and sorry about the comments here. The keto people need to take a chill pill sometimes. There's no reason why this diet won't work if you stick to it.
