Figure is a modern compensation platform that helps companies centralize their data, set their pay structure, benchmark themselves against similar companies in realtime, and communicate total rewards to their candidates and employees. Figure streamlines painful and complicated manual compensation processes into simple, secure, and collaborative workflows - say goodbye to spreadsheets. Our mission is to bring equity and transparency to compensation -- for companies, employees, and candidates. The founders were both previously software engineers building products at scale at companies like Uber, Instacart, Flexport and Checkr.
