on the topic, raising concerns that we “could” be doomed is different than we “are” doomed. I don’t see that the people who raised the concerns want to stop development of AI, they are not pessimists or something, so I read their warnings as warnings trying to raise attention. Ideally they could propose and implement ways to control AI and this guy here also doesn’t really provide something towards that direction but talks in a generic way
> Notably, creatine uptake similarly boosted the activation and immunostimulatory function of human monocyte-derived DCs.

So it seems that from this research the outcome is indeed creatine = good
This guy has used on working with people that understand the scene, it seems that they were in contact, they agreed on something and then the next day they did something different.
This is really important in the context of what happened and probably the cherry on top of the current "hacking" cake, with the bar being lowered so much that anybody can jump in with some minor skill and luck and get something just for themselves.
>It’s also the most efficient EV in its class, consuming just 6.89 kWh/100 km without charging losses. >The VW Mission Efficiency covered 1,278 km (794 miles) on a single charge and still had 164 km (102 miles) of range left at the end of the trip.
But at 6.89kWh/100km for a 1278km trip equals 88kWh battery and it is stated later that the battery is a 54.9kWh one and that was recharged during the journey.
> The 54.9-kWh net battery was recharged only once during the journey....
It would be nice to have an article that makes sense from time to time...
Good thing with the Fenix line is that you stop the updates which I did a year in so I don't really care about them, but I do think they stopped firmware updates for the 6series about a year ago.
Very valiant first effort for sure but after 6 years with a Garmin Fenix still holding 90% of its battery (and being able to replace it), I'm not their potential customer.
Sorry couldn't resist....
