Can you cite these millions paid to execs at Mozilla?

Amazingly well stated. I lived this exact life as the task-lead a few years ago on one of my projects.

I was told to keep the project running, but had no power on hiring, firing, performance reviews, or anything.

The project fulfilled the few requirements that we had, but failed to gain any real traction due to lack of feedback from the customer, for which the actual project lead was responsible for.

There's a new one of these every week. How is this one any better/different? Does it perform any better than a simple curl loop looking for the existence of a plugin? Or grep?

It'd be interesting to do all that you said (and more) and then determine what's the combined amount, as well as what % of sites do some sort of obfuscation... and why?

Ghost is okay. My blog runs Ghost. I've been using Ghost from about when it was first released, v.09 or something.

I am now planning on moving towards something more static and simpler. Ghost started as a simpler alternative to WordPress, but slightly more powerful than Hugo/Jekyll/etc. It now seems to just be a WordPress clone written in JS instead of PHP. It's still fine and works well... but, I can't see a reason to use it versus WordPress and its lost roots to its simplicity.

I will probably be migrating to Jekyll for easier self hosting and hacking. Perhaps I'll stick with Ghost... but, I'm starting to become weary of "commercial open source" products. Self hosting is becoming harder and harder... it's in their best interest to make you buy the managed solution. It looks like Ghost has transitioned to a product for media corps, in that sense it looks good and I'd use it. For personal usage, I can't recommend it anymore.

My issue with notion is that it doesn't support sharing PDFs/PPTs besides sharing the entire page. I'd like for it to backup my PDFs which is does onto AWS... but the links are gigantic (2k characters) and expire.

Free snacks is all fun until somebody ruins it by deciding they can take an exorbitant amount of them home.

Don't know what happened but the first time I clicked this link it brought me to unrendered HTML and obfuscated JS. Can't reproduce... but perhaps beware of malware.

I'm sorry, but how is your website worth $4000? It's a static Jekyll website. This website is 3 to 10 man hours of work. Are you seriously paying people $500/hr to `gem install jekyll` and pick a theme for you?

Honest question, because I'm either missing something here, or you're throwing money out the window and in which case: message me about developing something for you.

Is this interesting? The game's probably equally popular among the entire world population.
