I'm a technologist (hybrid consultant/front-end developer), spending most of my time in the ecommerce, UI design, analytics, and database worlds. I love helping people make the most of technology in their businesses. I'm also a Google Apps consultant. Check me out at about.me/ericclark or at www.eliasinteractive.com.

So far the Apps Status Dashboard only shows an outage for the Admin control panel. http://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en

Things seem to be cascading. Unable now to access gmail, calendar and drive.

Any cheaper than $50 per user per year and you're in the free range. Just to keep this in perspective, $50 a year is a pretty good value when you think about what you're getting in Google Apps.
