Yeah on some level. Very difficult to achieve and who knows if I can even bargain with various interests to conditionally commit to it.

I don't have traction at the moment for it but I'm looking for ways to do it actively. Low chance of success but I think nonzero. Maybe sounds crazy but I think drastic changed are needed anyway so why not try.

Yeah, like LLVM. Compiler for legal text-state -> structural analogy to other compilers (just need to reverse-engineer the exact specifications at the same time).

I think I'll call it "frontend" still internally but I'll look for better terminology.

Agreed re the website. Initially had a simpler website and well, I guess I was trying to achieve something re getting actual jurisdictions interested on adopting it and gauging how much energy to spend on this in general.

Hopefully one day soon my other projects are a lesser priority so I "get to" do the websites again, and maybe figure out what I'm even trying to communicate, exactly or achieve with the website. Hopefully global adoption eventually.

LBO maybe. Optimal governance would fix all bad mechanisms e.g. incentive traps, shooting self in the foot stuff, obvious inefficiencies, etc. - so it would result in a better future with more growth and wealth.

The difference can be used to bargain with incumbents to compensate for their current position, while installing a new type of government in its place that is better. It's a pretty hard problem but I don't think it's impossible. I'm pursuing this kind of thing in Finland presently.

I haven't used skills files at all. I think my codebase scaffolding and AGENTS.md just kind of does everything I need.

E.g. https://github.com/eliask/lawvm/blob/master/AGENTS.md

EDIT: Ah, but what I do instead is I constantly refer to my various public essays. I think it's very useful to have externalized thinking like that available for use with LLM contexts.

Fair point. I've added a clarification that the structural constraint holds across civil law, common law, and hybrid systems. Thanks.

I get it, it's not ideal. Yet there is no one else doing this work so I put effort where I think it's most neglected - which isn't fully refined prose, imo.

Interesting indeed! What have you learned from the patent space and what kinds of questions can you answer after perhaps solving that domain?
