kinda meta to have a js engine built in rust, compiled to wasm, running in cloudflare workers which itself is another js engine (v8 isolates)

we make extensive use of simd at work, usually through highway: https://github.com/google/highway

imo this is one of the greatest libs ever written. it handles dynamic dispatching of correct simd instructions / lane widths for various hardware with just one simd loop written (handling NEON/AVX/AVX2/AVX512/extensions) with comparable performance to handwritten native intrinsics

Hmmm... In the code (https://github.com/andrewmccalip/kickbacks.ai/blob/main/src/...) the extension polls for updated every 90 seconds and has no digital signature verification... So get a bunch of people to install and issue a malicious update and within 90 seconds, your entire user base has it? I'm good
