Hello guys (and girls!),
Everyone knows Doodle when it comes to schedule a meeting or do something with your friends.
I thought it would be nice to make the extra step and let the participants also share the event costs...so RoundOf is born!
Whenever you need to organize a round of golf, a bowling evening, a friends reunion or whatever requires to find a common date and pay a participation quote, RoundOf has you covered!
With RoundOf you can setup an event with some possibile dates, share the event link online and let the potential participants choose the most suitable date for them. Once the required number of people is reached the system will take care of collect the participation quote, and that's it!

As a user of different saas products myself I cannot helped to notice that all the "user engagement" infos (product updates, product roadmap, bugs tracking system, webchat box, demo/appointment box) are often scattered around and almost never in-app.
So I thought to make an in-app Widget to integrates all this stuff in a single place: ProductHero.
From within the widget it is basically possible to:
--> publish in-app product Updates and News
--> share product Roadmap, collect upvotes and comments, new feature requests and feedback from users
--> collect and track down Bugs and Errors
--> publish Tips&Tricks/Tutorial about the product itself
--> integrate existing Webchat tools and Calendly
It's actually available as in-app Widget or public standalone page. It comes with a Bootstrap-like UI with both light and dark themes. It supports markdown, emojis and images/video upload.

No signup/credit card is required to try it out!
After giving the event title and participation fee (plus a bounce of other options), you can select (from a week or a month calendar) a range of possible dates and share the generated event link online.
People interested in participating can reserve their spot by selecting their favorite dates among the available ones. If a participation fee is required they will be asked for credit card data through Stripe. No participation fee will charged until the minimum number of participants is reached and the event is confirmed
Once all the spots are filled for a certain date you will be notified and can confirm the event, thus collecting the participation fees, which will be directly transferred to your Stripe account.
The app will charge a fee of 0.5%+50 cents (and Stripe fees) for every paying participant.
I developed the current MVP in less than 10 days using Bootstrap and Django on Pythonanywhere.
I really have no idea, especially in this very covid-19 times, if anyone will find it ever useful. Still I liked the idea, found nothing like it online and thought to give it a try with a simple MVP to see what happen.
